Fumiyama Corporation shall exercise the discretion to repair/service or completely replace the faulty products. Please retain a copy of the original receipt as proof of purchase.

* All Fumiyama Household products entitle ONLY to ONE (1) year SERVICE warranty. ALL spare parts charges are excluded from the warranty.

2. If you reside outside Singapore, please email us at enquiries@fumiyama.com with your name, contact number, country and date of purchase, and a description of the problem you encountered. Our customer service officer will contact you within 3 working days.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FUMIYAMA PRODUCTS 1. All Fumiyama products, excluding household products*, sold by Fumiyama Corporation Pte Ltd are covered against defects in materials and workmanship, under one (1) year limited local manufacturer’s warranty from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Fumiyama will bear the labor charges and cost of parts needed for the repair of the defective product within the warranty period. Important Note: * All Fumiyama household products entitle ONLY to one (1) year service warranty. All spare parts charges are excluded from the warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser. 2. Fumiyama products purchased outside Singapore are subjected to the warranty terms and conditions of the country of purchase. 3. This limited warranty does not include transport, delivery or handling charges incurred in the transportation of your Fumiyama product to and from our Service centre. Fumiyama assumes no liability for loss or damage to the product which may be caused during transportation. 4. Fumiyama is not responsible for damages occurred to the product that is used in conjunction with the Fumiyama product purchased. 5. In the event that the defective parts are not available, Fumiyama reserves the right to substitute a product of the same value. No refunds will be provided. 6. Please keep your original purchase receipt and present it for verification when making any warranty claims. 7. Fumiyama will evaluate the product and determine the course of necessary action subject to the warranty terms and conditions stated above. Warranty Exclusions This warranty is not applicable in any of the following cases: 1. Defects caused by (a) mishandling or failure to follow enclosed instructions, (b) normal wear and tear, (c) corrosion, (d) accidents such as spillage of liquid (e) unauthorized modification,(f) repair that is carried out by any person/agency other than by Fumiyama, (g) cases beyond control such as acts of God, power surges, etc. 2. The Fumiyama product is not purchased from a local authorized Fumiyama reseller. 3. Removal of manufacturer's labels
